Delivery
We ship orders via Nova Poshta to the branch or parcel locker selected by the customer.
Orders are handed over to the carrier within 3 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is completed.
Delivery costs are calculated according to Nova Poshta rates and are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.

Order processing
After an order is placed, we verify it and prepare it for shipment. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the customer receives tracking information.
