If defects in the product are discovered within 14 days of purchase at UFB store, the buyer has the following options:
- Request a proportional reduction in the price of the product.
- Request warranty repair of the product.
- Request a full refund of the product.
In any case, the seller and the buyer may agree on a mutually acceptable solution.
If the product needs to be replaced, the buyer is responsible for delivering the product to the seller.
If the replacement product is not available in stock, the seller must exchange the product within 60 days of receiving the buyer's request.
The seller will compensate for the defective product within 3 days of receiving the return.
