Returns

You may return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the product has not been used and its original appearance, consumer properties, labels and packaging have been preserved.

To arrange a return, please contact us using the contact details provided on the “Contact Information” page and provide your order number.

After the return has been agreed with the seller, the product must be sent to the address provided by the seller.

The cost of returning a product of proper quality is covered by the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be made using an agreed payment method.

Exchanges

If a product does not fit in terms of size or other parameters, it may be exchanged for another available size or product upon agreement with the seller.

If the requested replacement product is not available, the customer may choose another product with the corresponding price adjustment or request a refund.

Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or discover a defect after receiving it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, if possible, attach photos or a video showing the defect.

After reviewing your request, we will agree with you on an appropriate solution: repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

The seller covers the return shipping costs for a confirmed defective product.
